During this consultation Riverside ReDesigns will walk through your home with the psychology of the buyer in mind and propose modifications that are unique to your space from curbside to the back gate.  We will focus on highlighting special features and creating focal points in each area, discuss sensory and lifestyle staging options, furniture and art placement and color choices.  After our consultation you will be given a detailed action plan explaining exactly what needs to be done to make your home model perfect and ready for market.  You can then decide how much or how little you would like to do, and how much or little you would like Riverside ReDesigns to come back and do.  This option is perfect for the those that feel they would like to do it themselves.

  • Vacant Home Staging

90% of buyers can not visualize the potential of a home.  Riverside ReDesigns offers affordable vacant home staging services to give your home the “Model Home” look and feel.   We create a warm environment that will allow your potential  buyers to  connect with your home and “see” themselves living there in a way they can not with an empty home.  We handle all the details from start to finish including selecting the rental furniture and unique accessories, set up and delivery of the furniture and even the de-staging of the property after it has sold.  We will work within your budget to develop an effective and economical staging plan.  Pricing for this service is based on each individual home.

  • Occupied Home Staging

Riverside ReDesigns will walk through your home to assess what needs to be done to make your home picture perfect with the feel of a model home.  We work with your furniture and accessories as we redesign your space to highlight your home’s best features so that you can attract a wide base of buyers.  If necessary we have accessories that may be rented to give your home that model look for a small monthly rental fee (however, most homeowners already have all we need to do this).  Pricing for this service is based on each individual home.

  • Accessory Staging

This is an affordable option if your home is vacant and you do not want the added cost of renting furniture.  We use targeted accessories and minimal (if any) furniture to help the  buyer visualize the potential of your home.  Pricing for this service will vary based on  how many rooms are to be staged.  There is a small monthly rental fee for the accessories used in the home.
